High-Resolution Miniature Lens

Sunex Inc. is pleased to announce the release of a compact DSC lens DSL934 with optical resolution up to 200 lp/mm. This high-resolution lens was designed for digital still camera modules using CCD/CMOS imagers with up to a 1/1.8” format.  The DSL934 lens can be used with image sensors having up to 5 Megapixel resolution.

The DSL934 lens is an all glass lens and operates at F/3.0 to create a long depth of focus.  The diagonal field of view is 52-degrees.  The geometric distortion is better than –1% and an infrared (IR) cut-off filter is also incorporated into the design.
