High quality glass lens for compact camera modules

Sunex Inc. is pleased to announce the release of an all-glass compact lens optimized for CCD/CMOS imagers with up to a 2M resolution.   Unlike commonly seen plastic lenses,  the DSL829 uses a high-quality all glass design providing superior image quality in a small size.  It also provides much improved environmental stability over plastic lenses.   This lens is suitable for applications requiring high image quality and superior environmental stability.

The DSL829 is designed for a 1/3” imager format and has a focal length of 5.9 mm.  This lens operates at a speed of F/3.0.  The total track is 8.8 mm.

An IR-cut filter coating comes standard with the lens.
